Company History

“I grew up in a family owned business and have been around construction ever since I can remember. Graduating with a Business Management degree from the Chapman University in 1981, I joined a family owned company as its business manager. My career goal was to become a home builder & remodeler. In 1990, I founded Sam Pitzulo Homes & Remodeling. Over the past twenty-five years, I’ve assembled a talented staff of dedicated employees, each skilled and trained in their individual job duties. We build 8 to 10 homes a year, about 220 new homes total in the Mahoning Valley” – Sam Pitzulo
